A person whose studies have been interrupted pursuant to Article 13 of the Masaryk University Study and Examination Regulations (SaER) shall have the right to re-enrol in these studies and the right to enrol in the following semester (after fulfilling the conditions set out in Article 12 of the SaER) on the basis of Article 10(2) of the SaER. Re-enrolment is notified to the faculty via the relevant application in IS MU (Information System → Document Office → Notification of re-enrolment after interruption of study).

A person who fails to enrol by the deadline set in the timetable, or by an alternative deadline, and who fails to demonstrate within five working days serious reasons for failing to enrol, shall lose the right to enrol and shall have his/her studies terminated pursuant to Section 56(1)(b) of Act No.111/1998 Coll., the Higher Education Act and Article 15(1)(b) of the SaER.
