Implementation Phase

Over the implementation period 2021–2026, the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University has successfully implemented a significant number of actions defined in its HREiR Action Plan.

Key achievements include:

  • Improvement of recruitment procedures in line with OTM‑R principles, including revision of internal regulations and increased transparency and fairness;
  • Development and implementation of training and development activities for researchers across different career stages, supporting their professional growth;
  • Strengthening of onboarding processes and support mechanisms for newly recruited employees;
  • Enhancement of internal communication and awareness of the principles of the European Charter for Researchers within the faculty;
  • Introduction, regular review, and continuous improvement of internal HR processes, procedures, and tools supporting both researchers and administrative staff;
  • Continuous monitoring and evaluation of HR processes, leading to improved quality and efficiency.

A number of actions have already been successfully completed, while others are currently in progress and will continue in the next implementation period.
