INITIAL PHASE

Endorsement of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers 11–12/2019
Preparation of the Internal Gap Anaysis and Action Plan  01–10/2020
Submission of the Gap Analysis and Action Plan to the European Commission 11–12/2020
Expected HR Award 01–02/2021​

IMPLEMENTATION PHASE 2021–2023

Implementation of the Action Plan   After obtaining the HR Award Excelence in Research logo
Internal Interim Self-Assessment of the original Action Plan 2 years after the award
External evaluation by the European Commission 3 years after the internal evaluation
