ACTUAL ISSUES OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW AFTER ENTERING EUROPEAN UNION

Chosen topic is a high actual one. It is above humans efforts to foresee all the possibilities which would emerge in future. The Czech Republic admission in European Union was no different. Many problems have appeared over time with its proper urgency. The idea to hold a conference on this topic in participation of our Slovak colleagues is quite natural consequence of our common rootage which is proudly mentioned in Preamble of the Czech Constitution. Honorable guests who accepted the invitation to this meeting are personalities highly competent to bring their opinions.

I believe that the meeting of colleagues from both sides of our borderline is going to be a pleasant overture to the age where the actual Europe approximates to – i.e. to meet in a space with no more boundaries but bridges. Let this conference be one of such bridges.
