The present conference proceedings consist of main papers presented at the conference, contributions commenting these papers and written presentations from the discussion that are further elaborated. It is divided into four parts. The first part deals with the topic of the conference that was Precarious Forms of Employment from the point of view of the Czech and Slovak legal regulation. The principal papers opening the fundamental topic of the conference are followed by the wide range of contributions elaborated by other participants of the conference. These papers comment particular institutes of the Czech and Slovak law concerning precarious forms of work that provides the conference proceedings for the international framework. The second part includes papers containing statements of the social partners and their practical experiences. In the third part of the conference proceedings, the participants comment the legal regulation in force concerning the precarious forms of work and state their opinions relating to its possible amendments in the future. The forth part of the conference proceedings is formed by the extensive presentation of the judge of the Supreme Administrative Court named Social Rights in the Labour Law from the Case-law's Point of View.

Pokud jde o téma konference, tedy flexibilitu, v příspěvcích jsou vysloveny různé názory, všechny velmi dobrým způsobem argumentované, kriticky analyzované, vždy se zaujetím pro věc a mírným zdůrazněním určité linie přístupu. Současně je možno konstatovat, že ze zařazených příspěvků lze velmi dobře preparovat hlavní problémy, které se v oblasti flexibility pracovního práva vyskytují a jimž je nutno věnovat pozornost jak v teorii, tak i v legislativní práci.
Domnívám se, že sborník příspěvků přivítají nejen čtenáři z řad teoretických pracovišť, ale i zástupci legislativní i aplikační praxe, stejně jako sociální partneři tj. zaměstnavatelé a odbory a jistě může zaujmout i zástupce státu resp. státních orgánů a institucí.
